InterviewBuddy is live on the App Store. This support page is available for product, privacy, permissions, scoring, sync, and billing questions.
What InterviewBuddy supports today
- Record spoken answers with the microphone.
- Transcribe answers with Apple's Speech Recognition.
- Score answers using the STAR framework.
- Review saved sessions, follow-up prompts, retry guidance, and progress screens.
- Generate optional role-specific questions when job setup is available and online.
Common issues
Microphone or speech permissions denied. Open iPhone Settings → InterviewBuddy and enable Microphone and Speech Recognition.
Question generation unavailable. Role-specific question generation requires a network connection and the InterviewBuddy scoring service.
Sync not available. Practice data stays local if iCloud / CloudKit is unavailable on your device.
Billing status
InterviewBuddy includes one complete coaching session free to try. Ongoing access is available through monthly and annual paid plans in the iPhone app.
